Denial of summary judgment for defendant, receiver for a marital estate, on a third party complaint alleging abuse of process is affirmed where: 1) state official immunity law applied to the case, 2) Nevada law was applicable, and 3) under Nevada's law of official immunity for court-appointed receivers, denial of summary judgment was proper.
