United States Ninth Circuit

Reyn's Pasta Bella, LLC v. Visa USA, Inc., 04-15581

Dismissal of a complaint by a purported class alleging antitrust violations by defendants, credit card companies and banks, is affirmed where issue preclusion barred plaintiffs from re-litigating a determination that their price-fixing claims were properly released, and, alternatively, plaintiffs' claims were extinguished by a settlement in another case.
