Oja v. US Army Corps of Eng'rs, 03-35877

The single publication rule should be applied under the Privacy Act to general Internet publications. Summary judgment for defendants on a suit brought under the Privacy Act for improper disclosure of plaintiff's personal information via a posting on a public Internet website is affirmed where the district court properly applied the Act's statute of limitations.
