Summary judgment for defendants, prison doctors, in an action brought under state law and 42 U.S.C. section 1983 for deliberate indifference to plaintiff's serious medical needs in violation of the Eighth Amendment is reversed where plaintiff presented sufficient evidence to demonstrate the existence of triable issues of fact in connection with both his causes of action.
