A decision terminating the supplemental security income benefits of plaintiff's minor son is affirmed where: 1)the defendant-commissioner permissibly interpreted a listing defining a growth impairment to be a disability, and 2) substantial evidence supported a finding that plaintiff-s son had medically improved to the point where he no longer met the listing's requirements.
