US v. Chen, 05-10108

Grant of a motion to suppress statements made by defendant in a prosecution for perjury and making a false statement in a matter within the jurisdiction of the INS is affirmed where an INS agent's questioning of defendant constituted an "interrogation" for Miranda purposes.
