Johnson v. Columbia Props. Anchorage, LP, 04-35592

Like a partnership, a limited liability company is a citizen of every state of which its owners/members are citizens. Summary judgment for defendant in a contract case is affirmed where jurisdiction was properly exercised, plaintiff's claim was time-barred, and there was no abuse of discretion in denying defendant attorneys' fees.
