Hale v. Norton, 03-36032

Denial of a motion for a temporary restraining order and dismissal of plaintiffs' case for lack of subject matter jurisdiction is affirmed in a case challenging an agency's regulation of plaintiffs' use of a trail crossing federally protected land to access their property which was surrounded by the federal park at issue.
