Petition for review of a denial of application for asylum and withholding of removal is granted where compelling evidence showed that: 1) an adverse credibility determination was erroneous; 2) petitioner had a well-founded fear of persecution, and persecution was likely upon her return to China; and 3) the persecution was political in nature.
