LGS Architects, Inc. v. Concordia Homes of Nevada, 04-16677

Denial of a preliminary injunction for plaintiff, architectural firm, to prohibit defendant, a client, from using plaintiff's copyrighted designs on projects falling outside the scope of the parties' licensing agreement is reversed where plaintiff's appeal is not moot and plaintiff is likely to succeed on the merits of its copyright infringement claim.
