Judgment reversing a remand order in a dispute involving defendant's removal of claims to bankruptcy court is reversed since unfair competition law claims filed by plaintiffs, state attorney general and municipality, constitute police or regulatory power actions that cannot be removed to bankruptcy court under 28 U.S.C. section 1452(a).
