Lee v. Walters, 03-35102

Ruling that section Oregon Revised Statutes section 462.080(1), dealing with defendants' authority to issue exclusion orders from horse race courses, is unconstitutionally vague is vacated where the district court did not sever the purportedly infirm provision from the remainder of the statute as required by Oregon law.
