United States Ninth Circuit

Webb v. Barnhart, 04-35445

Decision denying plaintiff disability insurance benefits under the Social Security Act is reversed where the administrative law judge improperly found petitioner to be not disabled at the second step of the evaluative process, and substantial evidence did not support the finding that plaintiff's impairments were not medically severe.
