Milne v. Slesinger, 04-57189

Summary judgment for defendant in a dispute over copyright agreements to works involving "Winnie-the-Pooh" is affirmed where the district court properly determined that a 1983 revocation of an original agreement and the subsequent re-grant of the rights was valid.
