Hayward v. Centennial Ins. Co., 03-17378

In an insurance coverage dispute regarding defense of underlying contract and trade secret claims, summary judgment for defendant-insurer is affirmed since the underlying complaint alleged wrongful solicitation, and not advertising, thus absolving defendant of its duty to defend.
