Altera Corp. v. Clear Logic, Inc., 03-17323, 03-17334

In an infringement action under the Semiconductor Chip Protection Act (SCPA), a jury verdict in favor of plaintiff is affirmed, and the district court properly issued a permanent injunction to prevent defendant's activities that violated plaintiff's rights under the SCPA.
