Doe v. Mann, 04-15477
In a custody proceeding involving an Indian child, the federal court has jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. section 1331 and, in conjunction with the Indian Child Welfare Act, may use that jurisdiction to review the state court judgment terminating plaintiff's parental rights.
