Denial of plaintiff's motion to intervene in a constitutional challenge to California's state bar statutes and disciplinary proceedings is affirmed where the district court properly determined that it was required to abstain from exercising jurisdiction under Younger v. Harris, 401 U.S. 37 (1971).
