Taghadomi v. US, 03-16129

In a tort claim against the federal government arising out of an accident at sea, dismissal of plaintiff's claim is affirmed where the suit cannot be brought under the Suits in Admiralty Act, the Public Vessels Act, or the Federal Tort Claims Act.
