A preliminary injunction, enjoining defendant-bank from honoring an effort to draw down on a letter of credit posted by plaintiffs, is affirmed where defendant has not shown that the district court "abused its discretion" or "based its discretion on an erroneous legal standard" in ordering the injunction.
