LAMBERT v. BLODGETT, 03-35081

The district court's decision to grant habeas relief, on the ground that defendant was denied the effective assistance of counsel and his plea was not knowing, voluntary and intelligent, is reversed where it erroneously disregarded the Washington state courts' factual findings and conclusions of law.
