Defendant's conviction for unauthorized entry under Hawaiian law, as assimilated into federal law by the Assimilative Crimes Act, is affirmed over his challenge that the conviction was improper where federal statutes govern, thereby precluding the Hawaii statute from being assimilated into federal law.
