In a suit to recover additional damages from Iran, which is liable for terrorist acts that resulted in the deaths of plaintiffs' family members, plaintiff-Elahi's motion to attach Iran's judgment against defendant is granted, however, plaintiff-Flatow's motion to attach is denied.
