JERRY'S FAMOUS DELI, INC. v. PAPANICOLAOU, 03-55114

In a trademark dispute over deli-style restaurants, defendant's civil contempt for violation of a stipulated injunction governing trademark use is affirmed, however, the disgorgement of profits sanction is vacated where insufficient rationale was presented for rejecting defendant's challenges to the auditor's calculations.
