US v. LSL BIOTECHNOLOGIES, 02-16472

In a case alleging that an agreement between defendants and a third party violated the Sherman Act, the district court properly dismissed the action for lack of subject matter jurisdiction where the agreement does not have a direct, substantial, and reasonably foreseeable effect on United States commerce.
