GAUDIN v. REMIS, 03-15687

Dismissal of plaintiff's petition for the return of her children to Canada as moot, based on a determination that plaintiff permanently moved to Hawaii, is reversed where plaintiff is barred by law from possessing the requisite intent to establish domicile in Hawaii and therefore could not lawfully move permanently to Hawaii.
