Defendant's drug conviction is reversed where 1) the transfer of trace, unusable amounts of methamphetamine for the purpose of disposal in insufficient to support a conviction for "distribution," and 2) improper prosecutorial questioning and vouching prejudiced defendant's right to a fair trial.
