United States Ninth Circuit

ASSURANCE COMPANY OF AM. v. WALL & ASSOCS., LLC, 02-35992

Summary judgment against defendant is reversed as the district court erred by misinterpreting the language of an insurance policy, which contained additional terms indicating an intent to extend broader coverage, and, as a result, provided coverage not only for actual collapse, but also for imminent collapse.
