United States Ninth Circuit

WATERKEEPERS N. CALIFORNIA v. AG INDUST., 03-15023

In a suit alleging violations of the Clean Water Act, the Court reversed the district court's dismissal of the case, finding that the intent-to-sue letter provided sufficient notice of plaintiff's claims, and affirmed the district court's denial of attorney's fees.
