MADUKA v. SUNRISE HOSP., 03-15332

The district court dismissed plaintiff's complaint pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. Pro. 12(b)(6) for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted, and the Court reversed, finding that plaintiff's conclusory allegations of racial discrimination were sufficient to move the case forward.
