LENTINI v. CALIFORNIA CTR. FOR THE ARTS, 01-56612

The ordered modification of defendant's facilities are both necessary and reasonable to accomodate indivduals with disabilities. Insofar as defendant violated the Americans with Disabilites Act, a showing of intentional discrimination is not needed to award damages under the Unruh and Disabled Persons Act.
