MORTENSEN v. COUNTY OF SACRAMENTO, 03-15185

Under the Fair Labor Standards Act, 29 U.S.C section 207(o)(5), once an employee requests the use of compensatory time off, the employer has a reasonable time to grant the request, and if the requested time is not available, the employer shall have the ability to deny the request.
