BODETT v. COXCOM, INC., 03-15112

It is undisputed that plaintiff's remarks to an openly gay subordinate violated her employer's existing harassment policy; she failed to offer evidence of animus towards her religious beliefs as the true motivation for her termination. Summary judgment for defendant is affirmed.
