FORTYUNE v. AM. MULTI-CINEMA, INC., 02-57013

Plaintiff was injured by movie theater's policy of not giving the companions of disabled patrons priority in the use of wheelchair "companion seats" at sold-out screenings, and established a viable claim of discrimination under the ADA. Injunctive relief is affirmed.
