United States Ninth Circuit

BELLOUT v. ASHCROFT, 02-73413

Court lacks jurisdiction to review the IJ's finding that this Algerian member of a terrorist organization is ineligible for asylum, as he was found to have engaged in, or to be likely to engage in, terrorist activity under 8 U.S.C. section 1158(b)(2)(A)(v). In light of his terrorist ties, he was properly deemed ineligible for withholding of removal.
