United States Ninth Circuit

TELEVISA S.A. DE C.V. v. DTVLA WC INC., 02-56798

District court properly granted defendant's motion to compel arbitration, pursuant to agreements granting plaintiff the right to telecast 18 matches of the World Cup. Because plaintiff cannot establish a likelihood of success, or any serious questions going to the merits, denial of its motion for preliminary injunction is affirmed.
