United States Ninth Circuit

US v. NAGHANI, 02-50168

Iranian alien convicted of interfering with the duties of flight attendants in violation of 49 U.S.C. section 46504 unsuccessfully appeals. Because the finding of intimidation rests on the totality of his conduct, including his threat to "kill all Americans," the statute is not void for vagueness as applied.
