United States Ninth Circuit
BATSON v. COMM'R OF THE SOC. SEC. ADMIN., 02-35471
Substantial evidence supports the ALJ's determination that plaintiff is not disabled for purposes of the Social Security Act. The ALJ did not err in giving minimal evidentiary weight to the opinions of treating physicians, or in concluding that plaintiff's testimony was not credible.
