United States Ninth Circuit

US v. BARAJAS, 02-10668

Evidence was sufficient to persuade the jury that defendant was guilty of aiding and abetting the cultivation of marijuana, and that he had lied in testifying that he had been hired to hand-pick tomatoes on this remote mountain area. District court did not err in refusing to apply a minor role adjustment to his offense score, or in adjusting upward for obstruction of justice.
