CHICKALOON-MOOSE CREEK NATIVE ASS'N, INC. v. NORTON, 01-35921

Under the unambiguous terms of the 1976 Deficiency Agreement between the Department of the Interior and an Alaska Native corporation, pursuant to which Native villages in the Cook Inlet region are entitled to select specified acreages of land from the public domain, all of the lands listed in Appendix A must be transferred before any Appendix C lands may be transferred.
