United States Ninth Circuit

POWERAGENT INC. v. ELEC. DATA SYS. CORP., 02-17022

Plaintiff, dissatisfied with the answer to the question it insisted the arbitrators could and should decide, cannot now ask the court to determine that the arbitrators in fact lacked authority to determine the arbitrability question. The district court correctly applied a highly deferential standard of review to the arbitrators' decisions.
