United States Ninth Circuit
MOTUS v. PFIZER INC., 02-55372, 02-55498
Plaintiff failed to establish that defendant's allegedly inadequate warnings concerning Zoloft contributed to her husband's suicide. Because the doctor did not read the warning label or rely on information provided by defendant's detail men before prescribing the drug, the adequacy of these warnings is irrelevant.
