EICHACKER v. THE PAUL REVERE LIFE INS. CO., 02-17136

Whether or not plaintiff received "physician's care" as required by the policy's definition of disability is a disputed issue of fact that warrants a jury trial. Accordingly, summary judgment for defendant is reversed and the matter remanded.
