ARULAMPALAM v. ASHCROFT, 02-71267

Plaintiff's applications for asylum, withholding of removal, and relief under the Convention Against Torture were denied by the Immigration Judge on the basis of an adverse credibility finding. Because plaintiff's testimony was in fact credible, the matter is remanded.
