United States Ninth Circuit
EEOC v. PAC. MAR. ASS'N, 02-35536
In a sexual harassment case, brought by the EEOC on behalf of intervenor, there was no legally sufficient basis for the jury to find a connection with an employment relationship between defendant and intervenor and as a result, the district court erred when it denied defendant's motion for judgment as a matter of law.
