THE COMPANY v. US, 02-15635

Although plaintiff can be obligated, pursuant to 18 U.S.C. section 2518(4), to assist the FBI by furnishing information, facilities and technical assistance to a surveillance, under the "a minimum of interference" requirement of the section, the order to do so should not have been granted.
