US v. RODRIGUES, 02-17311

Denial of petitioner's writ of habeas corpus on 6th Amendment grounds and request for an evidentiary hearing to examine alleged conflicts of interest on the part of defense counsel is affirmed where petitioner has alleged no specific facts that would entitle him to relief under the actual conflict standard articulated in Cuyler v. Sullivan.
