LORD v. LAMBERT, 02-35124

Denial of a petition for a writ of habeas corpus is affirmed where even if witness's trial testimony was the product of a Title III violation, the habeas claim fails because the admission of that testimony did not deprive petitioner of due process or result in a miscarriage of justice.
