United States Ninth Circuit

US V. RAMIREZ-SANCHEZ, 02-10101

The district court did not err in finding that "driving without an operator's license in possession" is similar to "driving without a license" for purposes of a criminal history point under U.S.S.G. section 4A1.2(c)(1). Active supervision is not a required element of a "criminal justice sentence" under U.S.S.G. section 4A1.1(d).
