US v. PINA-JAIME, 01-50063

Conviction by guilty plea for being a deported alien found in the US is affirmed, because a previously deported alien who is paroled into the US for a specified term of which he is aware incurs criminal liability under the "found in" clause of 8 U.S.C. section 1326(a)(2) if he voluntarily chooses to remain in this country after the term of his parole has terminated.
